1 When New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas fall on a weekday, the renter will be charged the weekend rate. 2 Four Hour Minimum 3 Sanitization
Fee Required for restroom and kitchen sanitization following all
building usage due to health and safety reasons. Contract holder is
still responsible for clean-up of center.
