A receptionist will answer all incoming calls during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. If a staff member is not available at the time of the call, callers will be given the option to leave a voice mail message, or to leave a message with the receptionist.
After hours, callers will hear a message offering the option of leaving a voice mail or contacting the answering service when an immediate response is needed. All voice mail messages will be returned on the following business day. Emergency calls phoned into the answering service will be directed to the appropriate staff member for an immediate action or response.

Conservancy Management Staff
The Burke Centre Conservancy Home Owners Association (HOA) is governed by its elected Board of Trustees and is operated day-to-day by a professional staff that is available to assist members with their needs and questions. Staff members may be contacted at (703) 978-2928, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and a receptionist is available on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, manages staff, coordinates administrative support for various Burke Centre resources, maintains contact with Fairfax County officials on Burke Centre matters, and implements the annual budget. Burke Centre Conservancy agent for all contracts.

Directly responsible to the Executive Director for administrative support to the Board of Trustees, Clusters, Committees, and other community groups. Also oversees all communication functions including newsletters, mailings, web site, and phone system.
Provides administrative support for residents seeking architectural changes, staff liaison to ARB, and provides for orderly resolve of architectural violations including vehicles, inspection of properties at re-sale and/or as a result of complaints.
Provides educational and social programs for the community throughout the year. Supports various recognized organizations within Burke Centre. Coordinates pool management, and community center and tennis court use.

Responsible for proper staff preparation and implementation of annual budget, including clusters. Provides for efficient handling of accounts payable and receivable, manages assessment collection to include delinquents, and provides accurate tracking of all Conservancy financial matters.

Resources & Facilities Administrator

Manages all physical resources of Burke Centre. Maintains and repairs paths and parking lots, plows and sands all Conservancy obligated areas, mows and maintains cluster and community open space, and landscapes community areas as required.
Also maintains and repairs the community's five community center buildings, the Conservancy office building, pools, tennis courts, tot lots and multi-purpose courts. PLEASE NOTE that community center and pool rentals, and tennis and pool memberships are handled through the Community Services branch of the Administration Department.
