In-Season Notes:
If you are interested in becoming a lifeguard during the current pool season, please click here for information.
For the enjoyment of all members, please note that any of the following actions should be reported to a lifeguard: pushing, rough playing, sitting or standing on another's shoulders, somersaulting and/or other flipping/diving actions from the pool edge, and any other concerns you may have as a pool member. Pool members and their guests are required to adhere to the rules and heed any lifeguard instructions while at the pools to ensure the safety of all.
Lifeguards are expected to focus on pool safety and operations. Guards should exhibit professional behavior at all times. If you have any concerns about the condition of the pool, the lifeguards/pool staff or other pool members, please contact the Conservancy office, (703) 978-2928. Staff members are available to address problems after hours as needed. Use the main office number and follow the prompts for after-hours assistance if needed. Please report incidents when they occur or on the following business day (if not urgent) to ensure appropriate action can be taken to resolve any issues. Delays in reporting concerns make it much more difficult for the Conservancy staff to address and correct problems appropriately.
